As a former gymnast and 2x World Champion cheerleader, Kara is no stranger to extremes when it comes to nutrition. In fact, Kara decided to pursue Nutrition in College with the goal of learning how to keep her body the smallest size possible for gymnastics and cheer; but It didn’t take long for her to realize that there were ways to keep her body lean, strong and performing at the highest level without the extremes she knew too well.

She then went on to win 2 Nationals and 2 Worlds with her competitive cheerleading team!

1- What dates should I book my plane ticket for?

Arrive in Dallas before 5PM on Friday, September 27th. Leave from Dallas after the end of the event on Sunday, September 28th.

2- What is NOT included with my ticket?

Your plane ticket, transportation, accommodation, and extra meals. (Lunch IS included both days!)

3- Where is the event at?

Check-in and Day 1 of the event will be at the Canopy-Uptown Dallas, and Day 2 will be at Hidden Gym. 

4- Where is the nearest hotel?

We recommend staying at the Canopy Uptown Dallas for the best experience. Once you grab a ticket you’ll get a link to our discounted room rate (limited availability). Otherwise, there are tons of hotels nearby.

5- Do I get to speak with you guys?

Absolutely!! No one on the Powerhouse Team will be hiding. The main goal of this event is to provide an intimate and interactive experience.

6- Can I invite a friend?

Our goal is to spread our message and showcase our community. So, please invite your friends, but make sure they purchase a ticket too.

7- What if I can’t make it ?

Tickets are non-refundable. As soon as you register for the event our team has begun to prepare for your arrival at the Powerhouse Summit including costs such as staffing, set up, speakers and more!
